This is Noctern, Noctern is an inhuman vein bulging monstrosity fueled by constant adrenaline. Noctern likes human flesh, Noctern hates humans, and Noctern has a strange obsession with wind chimes and dark secluded places, He also likes water, which is weird considering ice is not so cool with him, but life is strange for a shape shifting creature like himself, Noctern is a shape shifter and can take almost any form and Mimic anything that is physical, Noctern hates the SBF more than anybody else, he exploits their weaknesses because he knows almost everything about them, Noctern is probably the greatest advisory they have ever faced because they truly can't defeat them and he’s stronger than all of them. Noctern is a villain, he doesn't like being good, a person who devours humans by snapping their necks and then Ripping their chests open then eating their brains to gain their memories doesn't qualify as a good guy..Unless you’re written by Todd Mcfarlane, anywho, Noctern hates the fact that he’s wanted by the Government, the Illuminata, and the other villain, Malius. Noctern doesn't like Ice, it hurts him, it’s his big weakness, and he also can't survive if he loses the flow of adrenaline. Noctern is very mysterious, he has no past, and no one knows what he is, or where he came from, only that the substance that he is has been around for a very long time, he latched onto my character after escaping from the Illuminata, and then took his form which is this, and has been trying to kill us since because of the hatred of humanity he carries in his heart, and because myself and the rest of the SBF tried to kill him when he was innocent and only causing me to do things based on impulse and aggression, so now he hates us and terrorizes us, though he is still unsuccessful in killing us, but he will some day.
